Reporting Documentation

The requirements for accessing the Guarantee Scheme include the payment of the guarantee fee and regular reporting. The arrangements for the payment of the guarantee fee and reporting are set out in Schedule 5 of the Scheme Rules. The Form of Fee letter (Schedule 6 of the Scheme Rules) provides a template, which an institution should submit along with its Application, agreeing to the terms on which the fee will be paid and the reporting requirements.

Institutions should use the following spreadsheets in their reporting to the Administrator on the deposits and liabilities covered and the fees payable.
